Unpaid Invoices
Any invoice due and payable. It is advisable to hand over any outstanding debt for collection / recovery before exceeding 90 days.
Private Loans
Should you lend money to an individual and he does not comply with the terms given by yourself to pay back the outstanding loan, we can assist you in collection / recovery of all outstanding monies
Residential Property Debt
We can assist in the collection / recovery of any outstanding monthly rentals.
Levies
We can assist in the collection / recovery of any outstanding levies that is due and payable and / or overdue.
Dishonoured Cheque's
Should a debtor provide you with a cheque as payment and the cheque returns from the bank due to insufficient funds, we can immediately proceed with action herein.
Commercial and Industrial debt
We can assist in the collection / recovery of any commercial and / or Industrial debt.
Legal Collection
If a debtor did not respond to the telephone calls and / or letters of demand we sent out by registered post or the demands we sent to be served by the Sheriff, we will proceed with further legal action as the second phase of the collection / recovery process.

Information needed from you to enable us to collect / recover your outstanding debt:
- The Latest Statement of the debtor
- All Invoices outstanding, as per the latest statement
- Delivery Notes, if any
- A clear Copy of an Agreement and / or Credit Application entered into with debtor
- All email and / or fax correspondence with the debtor – if any
